The Initiation 100 · Led by Ben Price
You already know what needs to change. The next hundred days decide whether it does.
One hundred days with five other capable men. Each man brings a real decision, leadership challenge or personal change he needs to make. Nobody hides in the group and nobody does the work alone.
Former Special Forces Intelligence
Why this exists
Most capable men do not fail through lack of ability. They fail through lack of witnesses. The decision gets circled for another quarter, the standard slips quietly, and nobody around them is close enough, or independent enough, to call it.
You have carried responsibility for years. What you have rarely had is a small group of equals who know exactly what you have committed to, and who will see whether you deliver it.
The Initiation is not content to consume. It is a commitment made in front of five men who will hold you to it.
The fit check
Check to see if you are a good fit.
Answer honestly. Select every statement that is true of you right now. Nothing is stored and nothing is sent.
Five statements. Be honest.
The men this works for recognise themselves in all five. Select what is true and I will tell you straight whether to apply.
Book the Fifteen Minute Conversation →The structure
Ten days of planning. Ninety days of execution.
Name the change. Build the plan.
You arrive with a real decision, leadership challenge or personal change. In the first ten days we clarify the objective, assess the facts, test your assumptions and turn it into a plan you commit to in front of the group.
- State the decision or change you are committing to
- Test the thinking behind it with five men who have no stake in flattering you
- Set the personal standards, energy and fitness work that will carry it
- Commit to the plan in front of the group
Do the work. In front of witnesses.
Ninety days of committed action, not theory. The group is confidential and nothing is recorded, but nothing is hidden either. Five capable men know what you said you would do, and they see whether you do it.
- Execute the plan inside your real life and business, not on retreat
- Discipline, clarity and leadership built through committed action
- Personal standards, energy and fitness developed alongside the business work
- A demanding shared challenge with the group
- A full review of what you built before the hundred days close
Ten days to plan. Ninety to execute.
Five men watching you do it.
The standard
Nobody hides. Nobody does the work alone.
Bring something real
Each man arrives with a genuine decision, leadership challenge or personal change. Not a vague intention to grow. Something with a cost if it does not happen.
Say it out loud
Your commitment is made in front of the group. From that point on, five capable men know exactly what you are building and what you said it would take.
Hold the line
Standards, energy and fitness are part of the work, not an optional extra. How you run your body and your week is how you run your business.
Keep it in the room
The group is confidential and nothing is recorded. What is said between the six of you stays between the six of you.
This is why it is application only. The group is only as strong as the least committed man in it, so I select for men who will not be that man.
The outcome
What you leave with after day one hundred.
You know what the next stage of your life and business is for, and the decision you were circling has been made.
The discipline you built over ninety days of execution, visible in how you actually operate.
Physical capacity developed alongside the business work, because the mission needs a body that can carry it.
Five men who know what you have committed to building, and who will still be there after the hundred days close.
Why six men
Six is the number at which a group goes deep and nobody hides. Small enough that every man is seen every time. Large enough that the room holds more experience than any one man brings to it.
One cohort per quarter. Six places. When six suitable men are confirmed, the hundred days begin. If you apply and the fit is right, you take a place. If it is not, I will tell you directly.
Who leads it
During my time as a Special Forces intelligence soldier my role was to always be honest about the situation and give the commander total clarity so he could make informed, mission-critical decisions.
I am not a yes man. I will not tell you what you want to hear. Inside the Initiation my job is the same as it was on operations: make sure the plan is honest, the assumptions are tested, and the man responsible follows through.
In their words
Men who did the work.
"Working with Ben Price has been the greatest experience I've had and that's coming from someone who is a practitioner himself. Ben works with the human being. That shift unlocked more growth than any system or strategy ever did. The structure, accountability, and clarity he brings has elevated every area of my life."Joe Murphy, Founder
"One of the best things I have done for myself in a very long time. By becoming the best version of myself, I will ultimately be the best I can be for everyone in my life."C-Suite Executive, Global Corporation
"You Are a Human Being, Not a Human Doing"

The investment
One hundred days. One real change.

- Your real decision, leadership challenge or personal change at the centre
- Personal standards, energy and fitness developed alongside the business work
- A demanding shared challenge
- A full review before the hundred days close
Before you ask
The questions men actually have.
The execution happens inside your real life and business, not on retreat. You are not adding a hundred days of extra work. You are pointing the next hundred days you were going to live anyway at one real change.
No. A mastermind trades ideas. The Initiation executes a plan. You will get challenge and experience from the other five men, but the centre of the hundred days is the commitment you made on day ten and whether you deliver it.
Capable men carrying real responsibility: founders, leaders and men at a genuine turning point. Every man is selected through application, because the group is only as strong as the least committed man in it.
Fully. Nothing is recorded and nothing leaves the room. Six men, one hundred days, and what is said between you stays between you.
A demanding challenge the group takes on together. It is set for the cohort, and it is meant to be hard. If you want the detail, ask me in the application conversation.
One cohort opens each quarter and the countdown at the top of this page runs to the next opening. Six places. Apply, and if the fit is right you take one of them.
Check your fit
Six places. One conversation.
The fit check is a fifteen minute private conversation. We establish what you would bring to the hundred days, whether the Initiation is right for you, and whether you are right for the group. If it is not the right fit, I will tell you directly.
